Shipping Policy:

  • Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping to your specified address.

  • Shipping Rates: Ultimate Golf Sim offers free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Shipping charges for other regions are calculated and displayed at checkout

Return Policy:

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Support at support@ultimategolfsim.com to obtain a return authorization number.

    2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For U.S. returns, Ultimate Golf Sim may provide return shipping labels, with the cost deducted from the refund.

  • Refund Details:

    • Ultimate Golf Sim will refund the order amount and, if applicable, the original shipping costs for FlightScope products. Returns of third-party simulator items are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee, which will be withheld from the refund.

    • Card processing fees for your order are non-refundable. Product Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received—undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and including all accessories and printed materials. Ultimate Golf Sim reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse refunds for products not meeting these conditions. 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sales of software licenses and service subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
