After receiving the order, Ultimate Golf Sim promptly contacts its suppliers to confirm the availability of the item for shipment. If the item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Ultimate Golf Sim will notify the customer via email. Once the ordered product(s) are ready, they will be shipped.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
